REMOTE AND BEAUTIFUL

Technology is changing....but at this time, there is no cell service in this area of Montana. There is satellite internet and land land services. The property is located 45 miles from a store. The restrictions will seem to be too many for some, but keep in mind that the shared expenses with the other owners make it possible to travel good plowed winter roads, cross safe bridges, enjoy maintained areas around the ranch, and provide for the feeling of owning a larger inholding in the middle of a remote landscape. The seller owns three parcels at this time. He owns a large home on the bench, the Stagecoach, and parcel E where the barn and corrals are located. Two of the other owners have been there for years and use their properties as vacation homes.
